My Beautiful Niece got Married

Kam and Nicole got married at Panorama waaay up on the mountain.  It was a hot, gorgeous day!!  There were so many beautiful parts of this wedding.  Nicole wore my mothers's (her grandmother's) bolero jacket that mom wore on her wedding day.  She wore it for the ceremony and it looked beautiful with her dress.  Kam and Nicole are adventure seekers, and met at Panorama!!

I was honored to do their wedding cake.  It was a three tiered carrot, chocolate, and white cake, with cream cheese icing, finished with rolled fondant ombre ruffles.  (like water, Nicole said)  She made her cake topper, they were engaged in a canoe, and my brother perfected the spectacular slab of wood the cake sat on.

Wynonna at Harvest To Home

This is a window painting I did for the CPCAs (Aug 22 - 26).
Unfortunately, Wynonna will not be here for the Chuckwagon Cabaret. Her new husband was in a bad motorcycle crash. But she did put in an appearance at Harvest to Home.

Brody's Room: Under the Sea Mural

A fun adventure under the sea.  This mural had lots of coral, a dolphin, an orca, and a couple of sea turtles.  The little scene on the left of the bottom photo is where his built-in desk will be.
