My friend Beccy celebrated her birthday yesterday and I did this painting just for her.  We were in New York last August, and while on a  "Shopping Tour"  we saw this lovely restaurant in SoHo.  I was enchanted by the architecture, the cobblestone streets and the people. I was snapping pictures constantly and running to catch up to the rest of the group.  Beccy seemed to really like her painting, but I love how it went with our kitchen counter and backsplash!
